I had a lovely stay in this heritage building hotel. The spacious room I was shifted to had a brand new bathroom and was extremely quiet despite being an old building. The rooms are period furnished with modern bathroom fittings, all well-maintained and clean.

My room was spacious and lovely, with a high ceiling, but it doesn't get a lot of light and is a tight fit for four people. The hotel's decoration in the rooms was more subtle and pleasant. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to all the attractions I wanted to see, including the Chateau Frontenac that I could see from my window. The dining experience was very nice, with good coffee, fresh fruit, and delicious warm croissants every day.

This hotel is a great place to stay for families with 2 kids. The room we stayed in was well laid out and very clean. The welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival, and the location is right in the center of all the action, close to major tourist attractions in Old Quebec City. The breakfast included in the rate was very complete with a variety of delicious options. The dining area was in the basement without windows but still offered a good dining experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the place was spotless. However, there was some noise from people walking upstairs. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean stay with friendly staff and a great location.

I could see the Chateau Frontenac from my window, and the hotel's location was excellent, near the waterfront with charming restaurants nearby. The room with its English colonial touch was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The service was welcoming, and a nice surprise for the price paid. The dining experience, including warm croissants, was very complete. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel had a fantastic location right near the boardwalk and the famous Chateau Frontenac. While the view from the room was stunning, the overall room experience was a bit of a letdown with old furniture and uncomfortable bedding. The contactless entry and included breakfast were convenient perks, making it a decent stay overall.
